I look hard for the quirky, unique character of every individual I shoot.
I’ll get the best snaps when every one stops trying their best. When your children are giggling their heads off or when they give dad a spontaneous big cuddle and it turns into a very messy pile of stacks on.
These in-between moments are what drive me to capture families and childhood.
In 25 years time, when you are looking back, I want you to feel these moments again with intensity. I want you to be completely back in time and remember the same joy, amusement, passion and love.
Bottling that is my challenge every single time.
