Griffiths Island Wanderings - Port Fairy Family Photographer

Getting this shoot up and out of the blocks was a stop, start trial in itself.

The weather, sick children and a last minute broken arm put us all to the test but when we did finally get it together it was game on.

Liz, an old school friend who I hadn't seen for close to 20 years, contacted me to arrange a family session as a gift for her husband Dale.

So on the most magical autumn evening in April, we finally got the chance to catch up and walk around Griffiths Island in Port Fairy together.

It was the perfect way to naturally capture this gorgeous family.

As the sun dropped and golden hour rolled in, I photographed the children as they wandered along the track with their parents.

They spontaneously played tricks on each other and just enjoyed being together as they discovered the beautiful surrounds of the beach and light house.
